Notes

At flame out, add the whirlpool hops, turn off heat, and then let stand for 20 minutes before chilling to 65 degrees.

Ferment at 67 degrees for 7 days, Add dry hops and raise temperature to 72 degrees for 3 (to 5) days. Consider cold crashing to 35 degrees for 48 hours prior to bottling.
