9/5/17 Finally adding notes (from memory). Ended up with ESB as I boiled too aggressively and ended up with 5.25 in the fermenter instead of the planned 6.5. I attribute that to it being my first attempt at
no-sparge. I don't remember, and can't find, the gravity reading. It was in line with what you would expect. Cold crashing now.
