Notes
Intended to use only Aromatic and small amount of wheat. Didn't have Aromatic so subbed small amount of Munich, Biscuit and CaraVienne. Turned out malty and clean, but malt just slightly on the sweet side.
Brewed for South Austin Area Zymurgists Wort Waltz #4.
