Notes
- mix water salts in full mash volume in mash tun.
- pull 4 quarts water from mash volume for cereal mash and heat to 158F
- mix 4 oz 6 row with corn grits in 2 gal pot and hold mash at 148F for 15 minutes
- heat cereal mash to boil, stir constantly for 30 min.
- add cereal mash to main mash
- adjust mash to 152F and rest for 45 min
