Started brewing in 1993 with can kits then fresh wort and moved to all grain in 2006 after meeting Micheal Jackson the great beer writer, I have kept a log since 1996. This site is great with it's automated calculators.
Mainly Munich Helles but I have brewed
English bitter, Australian draught, Pilsner, Brown ale, Stout, Lagers, Kolsch, Bocks and doppel Bocks, Porter
