    2 vessel all grain, no real automation (yet). Collecting items to assembly a 3 vessel, ridiculously automated system.

    My Beers:

    Keep trying sours, they just don't agree with my palate. I like everything else though.

    I like to brew light and bright lawn mowers mostly - Kolsch, Wit, and Mega-Lager for my neighbours!
