What’s for dinner?

Homemade Piranha Pale Ale chili, using the beer from BJ’s to cook farmers market cranberry beans, along with fresh Anaheim pepper and dried chiles of arbol, guajillo, hatch and oaxaca negra. Ground turkey provided animal protein.

Sausage, spinach, and veggie frittata, homemade hotsauce on the side :)

Looks deeeeeelish!
We did a dish similar to that Christmas morning with Ham, dressed mine with a bit of ketchup, and Franks.
All prepped the night before, perfect breakfast for when you have a crowd to feed!

I wish I would have taken and posted a photo of last night’s dinner - smoked salmon! About 2 pounds of Atlantic salmon was cut into 6 equal portions, then soaked in a brine of brown sugar, salt and soy sauce. After rinsing away the brine, the salmon was left to cure for a couple days (in the fridge), then slow cooked over mesquite charcoal. So good! Leftovers will be awesome.
Here is some for breakfast, on homemade sourdough bread.
