What are you drinking right now?

Belgian-ish IPA

Needs work...
Came in at 5.5%, not 6%, and need to half the dried orange peel. The lactose and vanilla levels are good though, subtle but noticeable.

Some of my first ever brew using dry grains (combined with LME): Irish Stout. You aren't missing much by way of appearance as there is low carbonation with barely any head. Happy with the mouthfeel and taste though. The bottles were better at 3-4 weeks and encouraging. This mini-keg is only 6 weeks old, I think I will leave the second one my usual 3 months plus. Had to try some today though.

Happy St. Patrick's day

Too lazy to post a pic but I've got a proper pint of Guinness-style Irish Dry Stout and I'll likely have another or two before the evening is out. :) I have some of my "bourbon-barrel" keg that I had on tap for the recent winter party and I've still got a back up keg of the regular stuff.
The faux barrel-aged stuff turned out to be really nice. I soaked a bunch of JD smoker chips and French oak chips in cheap bourbon and added that to the barrel along with a little dark LME to offset the flavors and added alcohol. Seems like it took a little while to settle but it's quite good!

drinking a round robin of my 6 taps and doing my taxes
got rejected twice
third times the charm?
if I get rejected again I'll quit for the day
Maybe they don’t want your money??

And yes, I would be very surprised if your taps rejected you. Shocked, in fact.
