Fermenter sample of @Josh Hughes Munich Dunkel. My Stepson brought me some 200ml glasses from Germany when spent a few days there about 6 or 7 years ago. Seemed a fitting glass for this beer.
Cold brew. @Brew Cat I think you commented on ratio of coffee to water and then adding water to the cup when drinking it? I got a toddy cold brew “system” from Kim. Basically it’s a bigger device that hold a good amount of grounds and has a dump valve to fill a jar once it’s steeped long enough. 8 cups of water and 12 ounces of coffee making a concentrate that they recommend 2:1 concentrate to water per cup. The cold brew I’m making is better now for sure.
Frogman Lager out of Norfolk, VA. Just enough crystal malt to give more body and flavor than a light lager, but still crispy without sweetness and with a good hop bite. I had 3 at lunch
