Light lager. Next time I'll use rice instead of corn and 34/70 instead of mangrove jack. Pleased with it though

Brew day light lager. Golden ale recirculating/vorlaufing before the lauter. The grist was pretty fine on this one, so I don't think I'll get crystal clear wort but that's okay

first pour of my Golden Bitter. Turned out well. Especially since the tilt told me it was infected haha. Low abv, touch of malt sweetness, touch of earthy hops.
