This Brewery is a few hours from where I am, basically it is right across the river from Port Huron Michigan, in Sarnia Ontario. They make really, really good beer, and they have a wicked sense of humor. The brewery is called Refined Fool.
Pint of my Bitter.
This turned out super well (for me). Nice bitterness but balanced with some lingering hops. Some fruit from the yeast. I super happy. Drinks a little too good though…

Thanks! I got that glass at a pub right by our hotel in London about 15 years ago. Been sitting on my shelf of vacation decorations. Figured it was time to use.
