It is smooth with a bit of boozyness. If you like Belgian ales, give this a try. You can almost taste the bourbon.

A sample from my Treehouse Julius. It's a bit darker since I used Chevalier malt. I could have increased the dry hops a bit. Overall, once it is carbed it will tasty. The lighting wasn't ideal.

Earlier this evening a wee dram O'the Bowmore 12 Year Old, and an early sample of Sunday's Jaipur brew. Expected 1013,ended up at 1010,so ABV will be 6.3. Just set it to cold crash, expecting it to clear up significantly
