Fermenter sample of English Pale, could be colder, it is only down to about 11C so far, will leave it at near freezing until Saturday.

Transferred 11 liters to a mini keg to take to the trailer this weekend, and pulled another QC sample, English Pale Ale tasting real nice

1st Sample of my 19th Hole IPA. Pretty tasty. I brewed this for a big party next weekend but I'm going to keep this and Voss something tomorrow.

It's a new style to me, it's very good. Faster turn around than an amber lager, which is what I'm brewing today.

I don't remember which song you're talking about from Walking Dead.
The beer is just and easy drinking wheat beer. Not a fave but I do like it on occasion. My younger son really likes it though.

“Easy Street”. It’s the song that Negan tortured Darrell with. It was in at least 7 episodes back to back and was driving me mad. I pretty much quit watching the series because of that stupid song

That explains it. They lost me with that particular story arc and I stopped watching.

My newest brew, 2 weeks in the keg. A British mild ale i think will turn out ok. It’s actually close to the style…
Slightly Sweet with some slight smokiness and a good malt backbone. Comes out at 2.8% so an easy drinker

Nice looking beer, tough to get body and a full flavor at 2.8%
