It is just like everything else, trying to find time.
I really want to go out and get a bucket, but I haven't timed it right. Maybe on my birthday.
They screwed up our beds badly. When I say they, I mean overharvesting and the bastards in Georgia that cut the water supply from the Apalachicola River. The ones we get here now are from Louisiana and Texas. Those normally get a little bigger when they are raw. Not so big after being steamed.

My 1st Crack at an English Golden Ale. This is the first pull from the keg. I'm not impressed. It's thin and bland. I don't think there's any way to improve this beer except for maybe boiler makers!
