I think a saison cider would be a great use for the yeast in that keg.I think I am going to drink the last of my saison.
Then that keg can be used for my apple cider saison (cison?) and I will only have 2 kegs that need a torough diastaticus clean instead of 3

We get that at a neighborhood pizza shop here in Eugene (Hey Neighbor Pizza, Friendly), and can be had at a local hippy grocery, too. Cheap for a pint in a can at $3 at Hey Neighbor, and just a buck fifty at the grocer. Solid, serviceable beer.Hi, neighbor!
