The Sulphur smell on mine is gone. I like it, and damn it, I'm drinking it on a beautiful 85 degree, fall day. I would like to have a little more maltiness when I make it again, but keep my same hop level. I might go higher on the Munich next time, but for my first attempt at the style, I'm happy, even with the higher alcohol.

Got that tingling feeling that this keg of Simcoe IPA is going to kick any minute now. It's tasty, but a good reminder that I don't like Simcoe enough for it to carry it's own beer. Needs a C hop to help it out
