Last-gasp half-glass of the Lake Champlain 3 Season Stout. Got better with age. Will definitely brew it again, with a touch more roasted barley to get more roasty flavor (an overly technical description I know).

Patient me couldn’t wait any longer (well maybe I could have, but I wanted a beer), so I poured a bottle of my Belgian pale ale. Funny, it looks like everything else that I brew. At least I know it’s carbonated.
