luckily JAs brew come online;).
My Schwartz is almost done on the ferment.

And hopefully I'll squeeze in a brew day this weekend on another blondie then I'll be caught up.
Been trying to get that glycol chiller sorted.

First bottle of my Azacca pale ale, and it could definitely benefit from more time in the bottle. The head dropped quickly, and effervescence is lower than usual. I detect apricot on the nose, and the palate, too. Not a bad beer, I think/hope it improves with another week of conditioning time. At least I know now that the dry hops charge, small as it was, made a contribution.
 
Cool. I’ve not tried spruce beer before. Seen recipes that look interesting though
Hey Josh, I finally found a Scotch ale that's not Old Chub ale. It's very malty and sweet, but it's interesting. Some roast bitterness and a slight hop bitterness
