How does one brew with macadamia nuts, one wonders?? I’ll assume roasting is involved, but after the house fills up with a nice aroma, what do you do with them then?

Sour aged on cherries. The aroma reminded me of iced tea , but the taste is nice and tart, cherries are definitely the star. Really nice.

I think they've brewed it for this long weekend maybe I should get down there and order a pint. If I do Megary I'll report back.
