Just finished a tomato beer 
Picked a bunch of tomatoes and made up a gallon of Bloody Mary mix. Just had to try some. For heat I used a couple teaspoons of my fermented ripe Jalapeno hot sauce. Turned out great.

Hoppy blonde this one didnt quite hit the mark hence why it's still on tap awesome head retention but just not quite right...
Its lighter than a pic shows I'm just mucking around with it cus its keeping its head so well maybe overcarbed or hops caught in poppet maybemaybe hmmm...
It drinks ok it's just a bit astringent on the finnish not quite sure what's to blame. It's not off flavours something to do with hops maybe or water and it is 10th gen on the yeast hornindal ah well

Death Wish cauldron Pumpkin cold brew. What a mouthful lol. I don’t add sugar or milk so I get a nice spicy black coffee out of it
Hardcore! I'm learning to drink coffee with low or no milk bit still cant kick the sugar

What I'm calling "wish I was an amber" and a hit of some Sazarac Rye.
Pale Ale. Tried to copy a Sierra Nevada pale which should be easy. I can’t call it a clone lol. I do like it though

Check out this beauty!! I brewed a munich dunkel this morning, and lo and behold, look what I found at the market. I was expecting to go into this style blind, so I'm thrilled to find an example! There's a lot more roasted flavor than I expected, but it's bready, malty, and crisp
Loving all these beers - they are not shy about hops!
For those who care to know, I am wearing PANTS, a t-shirt with a 3/4 zip pullover, a wool beanie, fingerless gloves, and a down vest. The chill is exhilerating.
