Next door neighbor brought over a 4 pack of Founders Backwoods Bastard. I've already had a couple shots and enough beer for the night, but had to try one. WOW! This is a heavy duty Scotch Ale that brings more than a little of everything to the table. It's like the ultimate Barleywine on steroids. After drinking about 3/4 pint, I looked at the label and discovered it's 11% ABV. Right about now, wondering if I can safely brush my teeth before falling into the bed

Well, important to keep things labeled...

I've got my beer fridge, my yeast fridge and my (broken) keezer...Thinking about replacing the keezer with a bigger beer fridge and a small kegerator. Bottles have been a big hit lately, maybe it's the labels.

Picked up a coupe of Sierra Nevada assortment packs in Reno the other day. Enjoying a Torpedo from one of them. Been awhile since I had one of these. Among my favorites.
