They all sound really good!i have been fruiting up a storm. 3 tanks got fruit/coconut today! Mango/pineapple Kolsch(6.1%), Sour Cherry/Lime sour ale(5.4%), and a Coconut black ale(6%)! All are cold crashing and i will carb/pack at least 2 of them tomorrow. maybe all 3! gotta mill in for a Rye Dunkle and clean a tank tomorrow as well! busy busy busy.
Not one of you faves? No hazy....blasphemyTransferred the rest of the English Pale to another keg. The Scottish Ale is lingering, brewed it March of 2024, kegged it and put on tap last October.

Definitely interested to hear your thoughts on the Lutra with a Mexican-esque mash and hop bill. I’ve done a couple tries before with different yeast, but I tried the dedicated Mexican white labs yeast this time out and it was hugely better, and much more close to your archetypical Mexican lager.
