What are you doing with homebrew today?

California Common Wort cooled and I pitched yesterday. Blow off this morning through the spunding valve! I’ll need to clean that gauge. Pressure holding at 12 PSI 68-70 degrees using 34-70. We’ll see how it goes. I’ll draw a sample in a few days.

Should be fine as it's a no chill session (for the wort, not for me, I'll chill :) )
Will only start once I decided on hops

I am always fearful that the krausen blowoff will clog the spunding valve, and allow pressure to increase beyond safe limits. Is that an irrational worry?
 
Kegged the Lutra IPA yesterday, cleaning up the fermenter today.

I haven’t updated the thread ( bad brewer. No donut! ).

I fermented at 84F on the chiller and it hovered between 82-84. I dropped the temp overnight day 1 to 78F to try and slow it down a little. No joy, dropped to 1.026 overnight, so I thew in the “dry” hop addition for the remainder of the fermentation, which took ~ 23 hours to hit 1.010, raising the temp on the chiller again to 84.

I set the chiller to 72F and let it ride until yesterday so ... 5 days-ish.
Also, I fermented under pressure, but, somewhere around 10-15 psi, the gauge busted on me.

It cleared out nicely, has a good, pleasant aroma and passed the first neighbor test right out of the fermenter. It’s in the keg/fridge now, settling in for a few days. I’m tentatively encouraged that this will be a neighbor friendly brew and appease the hop heads.
 
Had to clean up my keezer last night. Went to the garage yesterday afternoon and the carpet scrap in front of my keezer was soaked and the garage smelled like a spilled IPA. Unfortunately, the PicnicTap 2.0 had a slow leak. It seems the o ring where it attaches to the disconnect was torn and started to leak It must have leaked From Sunday night until it ran out of beer and then ran my CO2 cylinder empty. Leaving beer foam and beer inside the keezer and beer leaking out of the defrost weep in the bottom drain of the keezer spilling across the floor. Probably half of a keg of IPA lost as well.

So Today, I need to go to the LHBS and swap out my CO2 canister

I bought a couple of 2.0's, one developed a leak (fortunately I noticed it), the other is still working fine, but I am wary of it...
 
I've been thinking of keeping
my CO2 cylinder attached, but these type of post sort of convince me to stuck with my odd (no spelllig mistake) way
 
Nothing dramatic here.
My keg is sitting at 30 psi. I forgot to move her to the fridge. But since it was already in the afternoon, I decided to continu carbing and move the keg toorrow morning (fridge won't need to work that hard to cool the keg down)
