So after brewing for a party that we ended up cancelling because of a funeral that my wife had to attend and then brewing a few double batches for a big wedding that the virus turned into a very, very small wedding, I have more beer in my system than I could ever imagine.
Here are the cans that I filled in order to clear kegs:
Then there's the 20 gallons of Light Lager and 20 gallons of Dark Lager that I kegged and put into cold storage to clear. Then there's the 15 or more gallons of Pale Ale in my chilled unitank waiting for me to clean out some more kegs and find cold space.
Then there's the 10 gallons of Apple-Hibiscus Cider that's in 2 carboys and ready to keg the second any keg space opens up.
And I've still got beer on tap.
I'm not saying that it's the worst problem I ever had, but I'm struggling to get everything kegged and cold. I'll be canning a lot once everything is settled down and ready to drink but even after it's canned, I want to keep it cold. At least once it's canned, I can get plenty of help getting it out of my fridge.
Family, friends and neighbors won't have far to look for a free beer for the a while.
