The first 5 batches of 2018:
1. Pale Ale 5.5% ---> with Amarillo and no dry hopping ( experiment to see if I can skip dry hopping on some " lighter " brews )
2. ESB 4.5 % ---> with East Kent Kent Goldings
3. Irish Red Ale 4.5% ---> with East Kent Kent Goldings
4. Imperial Brown Ale 8% ---> with East Kent Kent Goldings
5. Imperial (hoppy) Porter 9.5% ---> with Chinook and Galaxy and no dry hopping
I can barely wait to taste these...
