Not exactly what I thought I was reading though lol
 
Wayner's Pale Ale, forgot to post this earlier.
I'll be kegging it tomorrow or Tuesday. Fermented in 2 days, resting for 3.

The fermentation did come to an abrupt halt at 1.019; I posted elsewhere about it, never saw anything like it. At 3am it was at 1.029, 6am at 1.026, 9am at 1.022, at noon it was 1.019 and just stopped there.

Felt real good to get back to it. Really liked brewing on the deck too

Matilda is a waltzing tonight Lady's and gentlemen and so am I! Gee it feels good to be at the helm of the kettle again:)

Brew is all done 3 1/2 hours kettle is out in the elements cooling overnight pitch and clean up tomorrow I think this is how I'll brew for awhile now;).

Brewed up a batch of Amber Ale this morning. Had to run up Northern to pick up some Caramel 60 for it but then tossed in a bit of left over grains that were sitting around getting old. Hmmm.., gravity came out a bit higher than usual. :}
