How do you brew
I started 3 tier with lautering then moved to batch sparge then BIAB but rarely full volume
I do sometimes use my AIO but only for simple brews
I do a hybrid really
I guess it depends on the style

Mine is a custom diy build, but uses 240vac heating elements for heat and 120vac for everything else.

All controlled by a mini PC and a custom labview program i wrote

I BIAB single vessel using propane. But I recently started brewing 5 gallon batches, I think four of my last five batches so I’m going to start using a 10 gallon cooler once I get it fixed up. I have a 10 gallon cooler, sized brew bag. I will mash in the cooler and transfer to my kettle and boil on propane. Because right now if I want to do a 5 gallon batch, I’m splitting my mash into two vessels.

Single vessel, full volume BIAB on a radiant electric cooktop with a weak exhaust hood over the cooktop. After our kitchen remodel is finished, I will have a new radiant electric range with a proper, powerful exhaust hood. But I think there is still time for another batch on the old setup before the current kitchen gets gutted.

I used a big 3 vessel HERMS all electric for years, then now use an AIO. Well, sort of.....I use the AIO for HLT and boil kettle, but dug out my old mashtun because it's bigger and I can do no sparge in it.

It wouldn't let me pick two choices......so I didn't answer but it works for me!

similar to what I do sometimes
its a hybrid

I guess hybrid? Electric HLT (old DigiBoil kettle), mash and batch sparge in a rectangular cooler, then boil using propane.
