5.5 gallon BIAB batches on an induction stove with an 8 gallon pot. I usually "sparge" with an extra gallon of brew water to reach volume/gravity.
Update: after cracking my glass induction stovetop with 7 gallons of water in my kettle, I've been (rightly) banned by Mrs. Richbon from brewing on the new stove. I've done 30 brews using the old stove and lucky 31 was the one that cracked the top. Now brewing on a stand alone 220v induction cooktop and relegated to the garage. Thinking I might need an AIO.

Ugh. That’s easy to replace, and source, if you can use a screwdriver and know where the circuit breaker is.

But yeah, I can see She Who Must Be Obeyed getting upset at that. Maybe even rightfully so.

I don't have a garage, but my friends do, and I can attest at least anecdotally, this is a known fact in some circles. The beer just tastes better when you brew it outside. (at least in Louisiana—might be an outdoor hot-as-*#($%@ instead of air-conditioning thing.)

8-10 litr batches.
Biab bag, big pot and gas stove.
Whole pot with bag and grains goes into a big coolerbox for the mash (depending on outside temperature)

Started in the 80's with extract brewing and bottling. Stopped for about 10 years. Started again did few more stove top extract but kegged it. Much better. 5 years ago went AIO all grain with a 220v brewzilla 3.1.1 just upgraded to 65l 4.1. Have not brewed on it yet. I have 5 different beers in kegs waiting for the need to arise to break it in. Reason for upgrade is steady mash temps and 10 gallon batches.

Dual 65l DigiBoil kettles, one boil, one HLT, chapman thermobarrel tun.
