Not personally but brulosopher has check it out in their hop chronicles section .

I've had a couple of beers featuring Loral. Hit or miss, I'd say. Not a must-have, but definitely one to play around with. I've got a few ounces and intend to do a single-hop pale or a Magnum-bittered, late-hopped pale.
As an aside, the Brulosopher recipe used for the article that @Trialben notes is (coincidentally) almost exactly the recipe I came up with for a hop-exploration Pale Ale group brew. I used Munich instead of Vienna, but either way, it's a clean,simple grist for something like this.
