Just bottled 38 little beauties of Shady Bohemian this afternoon. Tastes delicious but I will have to wait a few weeks of lagering before I can get a full pint of it - small sample taken while bottling. I may even rescue the yeast from this one as it looked quite clean with little non-yeast trub.
