best and easiest way to add flavor to a coopers pale ale kit, was thinking about a hop tea at end of fermentation , but open to all ideas. or dry hoping for a few days before end of fermentation

You will get some flavor by adding dry hops, but probably 70 to 80% of the effect you get from dry hopping will be aroma. That said taste and smell are linked and each effects the other.
Having said that, I have no idea what the coopers Pale ale is supposed to be.
You are in the right place to get advice, we are happy to share our knowledge and experience here on the Brewers Friend forum

If you want more hop flavor, just add more hops before or during fermentation. Use a whirlpool/hopstand addition. No need for a hop tea. Dry hopping is definitely an option.
Just be aware of IBU contribution. Whirlpool/hopstand will add IBUs, dry hopping won't, really. Biotransformation/early dry hopping can sometimes add a little IBUs, or at least enhance the perception of bitterness and definitely adds more flavor than dry hopping.
