Fermentation stop to fast (2nd time 2nd bach)

Hello everyone,
After a fermentation period of 12 days at 14-15 Celsius I put the thermostat at 18-19 is now 48 hours at this temperature, tomorrow i will cold crash it at 1-2 Celsius.
Is that schedule ok?
Should I cold crash today?
I don't know what is happening of it's infected or not because i am not home last days i haven't take any sample.
Theanks!

When do you get back? I would just wait. Make sure it is done

Hello everyone again.
Today i return to my home, i take a sample to taste, sure thing is not infected!
Alot of trub but infected nope, taste ok, I think I must take a good sample to try it better because have trub at the faucet level, probably i will use a hose to transfer it in the keg.
The cold crash was about 20 days at 4-5 Celsius (I was planning to return earlier but plans changed)
My refrigerator and the summer temperature here can't drop temperature more than 4-5 Celsius, i was surprised but probably my refrigerator is to old for this weather conditions
Is this a good temperature to lager?

Yes, 5 is ok. Colder is better (the haze drops out a little faster), but the end result will be the same.

Good news! We have beer!
