yesterday I made a bit of a kitchen sink English bitter. I used mostly what I had laying around. I was wondering what people thought of my recipe.

8lbs maris otter
1.5 lbs Vienna
4oz English crystal 50
4 oz English crystal 70
.8 oz challenger 60 min
10z challenger 10 min
Windsor dry yeast
1046 sg
 
Hard to determine much from an ingredient list. Just not enough information there.
Plug it all into the calculator and share a link. You're likely to get more and better feedback.
That being said, depending on several factors, the basic list looks fine.
 
Yeah I'm to lazy to do the math but on the surface it doesn't look like a bad recipe.
