Marijuana is legal in both Washington state and Canada. Less troublesome to have a bunch of that than hops, apparently.

Wwwd is legal here, but it is highly illegal to try and cross rhe border with it... it is still a controlled substance

Yakima Valley Hops has 2024 Chinook at aboout $10 a pound.
I noticed that they had a bunch of LupoMax hops on closeout pricing, as well - a lot of the ones that you seem to use quite a bit.

I ran the CDA past my brewing buddy, former bjcp judge, and he was a fan as was the wife - which is good, so I can get at least a little help with the 5 gallons on hand. I have to do some outside work and then do some hop shopping.

I'd say that right now anything involving customs, imports, tarriffs, etc... is not a subject of subject of polite conversation during any border crossing into Canada.

I doubt that there are tariffs on hops, mostly metals, and in both directions. What are you going to do, this too shall pass.
