Hughes Brews sounds great
Flat Cap is a great image, but as mentioned it also reminds you of flat beer. However, this might be a plus for those that love English Cask Ales, which always seem a bit flat to me.

I am currently brewing under a group of names.
I cook, grill and smoke, and brew for what I call Cracked Bell Inn Kitchens (look at my hair, I am not growing a braid anytime soon!) Under the Cracked Bell Inn Kitchcens. The Kitchens are Fleeting Smoke for the grill and smoker division, Range Ramblings for the Indoor stove top, Deadbraid Brewing is the brew division.

The name comes from one of my favorite TTRPG characters I created. He has been around for almost 30 years in different itterations and The Cracked Bell Inn is my TTRPG discord server I run. Well, one of them.
