Belgian Saison

Saisons don't need a lot of aging. Pop a bottle as soon as they're carbed and enjoy the fresh hoppiness. :)

Tomorrow will be 7 days. I'll put one in the fridge tomorrow and sample on Sunday.
If this turns out good, I may brew up another batch and keg.

I've got a Saison ready for a big party tomorrow that I've brewed a few times. Sorachi Ace and Lemon Drop for hops. I used Mangrove Jack French Saison yeast for this batch and it's a real killer. Very unique flavor from those hops and it really plays well with the yeast notes.
