anyone else stash beers

I used to bottle a gallon of certain beers and keg the rest when I was on my porter kick
Now I'm doing mostly lagers wheats and German ales that get kegged a drank
I may start doing some small batch keepers

I brew a Barleywine every year and like to see how each “vintage” ages, but the oldest ones I have are only from 2021.

If you ever pop one of those open, I’d like to know where they stand. Hard to tell when a cellar-worthy homebrew might fall off the cliff, but there has to be a time when they hit peak drinkability. And how do you know when you’re in that window?

Well as you can see the triple is from 2014 so we will find out on a cold night this winter
Remind me

I found the triple but can't find the recipe

Only one i age is my barrel aged stout. Gets 6 months before i start drinking it
