It didn't matter really. Even if you remembered, Sophie wasn't home last night. And it's not official unless Sophie draws it. :)

In the sprit of 1776, let's go historic....Albany Ale.

I hope the update I made to the recipe hops took; it's Cluster, not Cascade.

There's an interesting back story on this stuff that at one time was exported around the world!
