Hey my buddy and I are kicking around the idea of a pancake pastry stout with bacon and maple syrup. Anyone here had any experience with .......... BACON? Anyways it is just an idea but thought it might be fun to kick around for suggestions.

I just got myself a Kegland RAPT PILL. Does anyone else use the RAPT PILL? I'm just looking for short cuts or advice when using it. I plan to use it on my next beer I brew (hopefully next week)

I am considering brewing a coconut cream ale. I have some Sabro hops and I think they give a coconut flavor......does anyone have experience or some feedback on hops I can use for a coconut cream ale? Thanks in advance for your responses!

A brewing friend and I have been considering to find some wild yeasts locally here in Beijing and then trying to make a beer. Does anyone have any experience "hunting yeast"....... definitely would appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!
