Citra is a good hop, but this will be somewhat one dimensional. I would change the 60 min to a bittering hop like Magnum or CTZ. I add my knockout hops at 180 or 185.

this is my year around Session Juicy IPA. the hop schedule is really good. If you remove the Dryhop it become a very good session Pale ale.

I've not had Estrella Pale Ale but, the recipe looks good even if it doesn't match Estrella.

It looks to be a good, solid pale ale. Never tried Estrella, so no comparison possible. It’ll be a bit like sierra nevada, good hop citrus with a pleasant after-bitterness.

Seems fine but I think straight Citra will leave you wanting a little something else in the flavor profile. Mosaic is a classic combo with Citra and Simcoe brings a lot to the table.

I agree, I love Citra, but on its own it is fairly one dimensional. That is an excellent trio you mention there. Just my opinion though, you don't know if you will like it unless you try it.

My go-to combo is Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic, in various configurations. I mostly keep Citra for Whirlpool and dry hopping but I'll use Simcoe in the last 20 minutes of boil and Mosaic sprinkled in from 5 minutes through whirlpool and dry hop. I prefer bittering with something that will give some smooth bitterness and a little support for the flavor and aroma hops - something like Warrior or Magnum.

For a hazy I don't use any boil hops. All whirlpool/hopstand, and dry hops. I whirlpool at 176F for 20 minutes. These are the hop additions in my 4.5% Hazy which is a favorite of my friends.

It says day 4, but I usually hop on day 2 because it is pretty much done by day 4

well Estrealla says its all Citra but also only around 20 IBU so if you are wanting the Estrella flavor you need to cut the IBU
they probably use Dextrose in it as well
its also lower ABV and probably don't dry hop
that said your recipe may be fine but its not an Estrella match as far as I can tell
