Gas HLT
Electric RIMS
Gas boil.
3 vessel, soon be all electric. I hate not having tight control on the HLT, it always seems to over shoot the temp.
Happens on the stove, too, as I experienced today when I overshot my strike temperature by about 20*F.

5.5 gallon BIAB batches on an induction stove with an 8 gallon pot. I usually "sparge" with an extra gallon of brew water to reach volume/gravity.

2 1800 watt portable induction cooktops. Mostly BIAB for 5 gallon Kegged batches

Is induction faster than regular electric?

I also have a 5 gallon all in one unit I only use in the coldest winter

I voted AIO, but my Brewzilla is now basically a boil kettle.

Well it's curious to me
Single vessel seems to be the most popular
Be it BIAB or AIO
The AIO is really a more expensive version of
BIAB but more convenient I suppose
What I find interesting is with the low cost of BIAB or the convenience of AIO
Why are there fewer and fewer people getting into the craft
My theory is a hobby that used to have a more mystical aspect has been broken down to be so simplict it has lost a lot of brewers who would otherwise get involved
Kinda like belonging to a secret society
Just my IMO

Naw, brewing is 4 or 5 hours of work. Not to mention planning , getting supplies and cleanup. Probably way too much for the newer generation of lazy...

That's way to easy to say
Not sure this generation is any lazier than the last
The young people I know work pretty hard and still can't get ahead

Every generation is dissed by the one older. Since forever.

Yeah I don't go there
Not unless I want to hear about F in Boomers

Presently single-vessel BIAB on propane, but I have plans to add an element under my standoff false bottom for windy days.

I also have a 2-vessel propane rig, though that is an odd slightly complicated 'single-vessel' usage via BIAB.
