3 vessel, soon be all electric. I hate not having tight control on the HLT, it always seems to over shoot the temp.

Happens on the stove, too, as I experienced today when I overshot my strike temperature by about 20*F.

5.5 gallon BIAB batches on an induction stove with an 8 gallon pot. I usually "sparge" with an extra gallon of brew water to reach volume/gravity.

240v is the way to go, shorter heat times

Slower but easier to maintain mash or steeping temps than propane.
