I've found as it's sat in my keg the mouthfeel has got thicker it was quite roasty early on but now it's just melded into some lovely deliciousness:D.

Mine has been at 12C for 7 days, I just turned up the temp in the garage to 15. Was planning to leave it there for another 7 days, then xfer to keg.

Should I carbonate it before layering or after?

What temperature should I lager it at?

Lager for 3 weeks? More? Less?

I have never lagered before...

Mate I lager in the keg under serving pressure 10psi
I brewed it a few weeks back now so I can say it's been lagering a month or so;).

Like many things in brewing lots of way to about it you just gotta find what works best for you.

I’ve only “bottle lagered” I do that for 3 weeks after it has carbed. Not sure what my plan will be when I keg a lager.
