    If i'am doing a BIAB recipe and it calls for a 60min boil, and a 60min hop and a 30 min hop ,but i only want to do a 30 min boil i will put first hop in at 30 min , what time should i put the second hop , i will work out ibu for hops

    Chloramine

    If Chloramine is in your water will it make beer hazy, since moving and using town water instead of rain water, all my beers are hazy , BIAB and 1.7kg kits

    grain vr dry malt

    if i have a recipe that uses grain as its main malt. can i change the grain to DME, would i lose any thing in the taste ,body . i know i would save time in the smaller mash with just the specialty grains, any one tried this i know its not one for one on weight , i think the equation is .6

    A lot of recipes in books ask for liquid yeast, which is expensive,when i buy and ask for a ale yeast it usually s04 that they send,is there a big difference between the liquid to the dry yeast and is the flavor that much better

    Iam converting a recipe from a 60 min boil to a 30 min boil recipe asks for a 60 min of one hop and a 30 min of the other hop after converting the 60 min amount of hops to the rate needed for the 30 min boil Do i boil both hops for 30 min (I think i will ) Hope its not a stupid question
