Gluten free beer

My father in law was a big beer drinker but was diagnosed about 5 years ago with celiac. We have a decent local GF beer but not much of a selection around Chicago. Once I have a few brews under my belt, I plan on putting together a second brewkit and brew some GF beer for him. I searched the recipes and there are quite a few options, sadly no reviews on though. I'll have to bookmark the recipe above and make it sometime.

I've done a sorghum beer for a ceilac friend - very interesting. It was good but not exactly a barley beer.
