In the fermentable table in the browse tab what does PPG stand for?
 
Points per gallon.
 
Yep. As examples, sucrose (table sugar) is 100% fermentable and gives you 46 PPG. Most base malts have potentials in the area of 34 to 38 PPG which would relate to the percentage of fermentability.
