Just put together a recipe for my brew after next. Thinking of using dried Green Tea leaves in it. Initial thoughts are to put 10 grams in with the dry hop for three days. As the wort is cool there shouldn't be too much astrigency. Anyone got any experience using green tea in ales? All opinions and advice welcome.
