Hey all, I am brainstorming my next few weeks of brews.

my current draft list:
1 -- Rye Pale Ale
2 -- Hefe
3 -- Apricot Sour
4 -- POG IPA <- WC IPA
5 -- Golden Lager
6 -- Oyster Stout
7 -- Bock
8 -- Session Juicy IPA

I currently have another batch of the Juicy IPA crashing, it will pack on monday and probably go right on draft. I have a black lager that was brewed yesturday that will go on draft after the Oyster Stout.

Next week i am brewing a double batch of my Golden Lager which will go on draft after the kegs on hand kick.

Brews that i was thinking about.
1. Lime Kolsch OR a lime Mexican Lager
2. Belgian Tripel(will be aged about 4-6 months)
3. Imperial Pilsner ~8%ABV and dryhopped with nobels
4. Amber ale???

What else should i add to my list of things to brew in the near future. Our busy season starts up after St. Pats and will stay crazy until December or the world ends...whichever comes sooner.

Also I am pretty pumped to try some new hops that i ordered. Ordered more Perle(on sale!!!)T90, Wilamette t90, Sterling t90, Krush Cryo, Citra Cryo, Dolcita Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo! Gonna order some more Loral and see what else i can get from yakima chief!

I'm intrigued by Imperial Pilsner.
Ya i think it is a really cool concept. New glaurus does one and talked about it on thier podcast.

It sounds tasty. Also relatively cheap and big beers stick around my system so it helps me out. With what I am expecting to be a pretty chaotic summer.

gonna check that out, thanks !

I would vote for a tripel :)
(Or Belgian wit, but the lime Kolsch sounds great as well)
