Guinness Style!
This is the batch that I ended up diluting quite a bit. I was concerned about color and roast flavor but it's pretty perfect! It's super dry so I actually added about 14 oz of Malta Goya to each keg - just enough to bring back a little malt flavor and sweetness. The roast is intense but light, if that makes sense - it's that smoky, slightly iodine flavor like the aftertaste of a nice smooth Scotch whiskey.

Nightcap, a pint of my Helles. I talked about this batch on the zoom. It is darker than my normal Helles and really most Munich Helles’. This would be closer to a Helles from Franconia. It has a touch of caramunich and a little more hop presence. So think a Kellerbier recipe but laggered for an extended period of time. I love this beer.
