@Dave Y I have used them before(100s of lbs in the bbt for stout), but the quantity needed is stupid and they are just not that great IMO. I have heard good things from other brewers about the amoretti chocolate craft puree. #beefin
@Brew Cat I have never used cinnamon in a beer before hence why i made a tincture out of it. I made a chocolate raspberry stout when we first opened up and it was pretty good. trying out the chocolate and using amoretti raspberry.

@Craigerrr The tincture is split between 2 1.5L nalgenes. 6 oz toasted cinnamon, 2 oz Grains of paradise, 4 oz of pumpkin spice mix(ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg). 2800ml of shitty vodka. gonna leave it warm for a few weeks. hopefully i have more then enough for my needs.
bought 2 gals of straight cranberry juice(no sugar, no nothin') hopefully that is enough i will toss atleast half a gallon with the yeast and yeast nutrient once the sour is sour enough. i may also toss half of my tangerine craft puree at the same time.
How much cranberry juice did you use in what volume???
